WEEK 5

- I have decided to work with one of the most famous Malaysian flavors which is Pandan flavor.

ABOUT THIS FLAVOR: 
  • comes from a tropical plant that is only common is Asian countries especially in Malaysia. 
  • due to its sweet and grassy flavor, it is known as the vanilla of the east. 
  • it is also commonly use in food and desserts like Nasi Lemak the Malaysian pride, Onde-Onde as well as Kuih Talam.
  • food that has the flavor of pandan usually appear in vibrant green color.
